Kay Elizabeth joined the team in 2020, coming from a vast background in music and entertainment as both a seasoned performer and executive-level creative staff team member.

Recently retired as the Assistant Artistic Director for a major NorCal LGBTQ+ chorus, she has spent the last decade working with people from all walks of life and is committed to making the world a better place using the talents and skills she has accumulated throughout her career.

Pericles Rellas has been a coach for over 25 years, and considers it a profound privilege to have supported tens of thousands of people to live their best lives. Pericles prides himself on compassionately holding people to account to fulfill upon the commitments they hold most dear, so that they’re able to accomplish the things they previously felt were impossible.

Barbara McCabe is a DGA director and producer with over 20 years of experience in broadcast and cable television and multimedia content. She has contributed to numerous Emmy nominated programs including: The Dr. Phil Show,  Katie! (Katie Couric),  Anderson Cooper Live!,  and Bethenny, where she produced the popular Bethenny in Your Business segment, teaching entrepreneurs how to create a strong message and maximize their business success.

Joel has been coaching people to elevate and empower their leadership and performance as a senior faculty member of Landmark Worldwide for over 23 years. He has led transformational programs for thousands of people all over the world including Olympic and professional athletes, Navy Seal and Special Forces members,
top executives from all fields, Oscar Award winning actors, and Grammy Award winning musicians.

Rachel Nee-Hall is an Emmy nominated Director and Producer. As a member of the Directors Guild of America for nearly 20 years, she has directed and produced countless television shows including Dr. Phil, Steve Harvey, Entertainment Tonight, Ricki Lake, The Doctors, Iyanla: Fix My Life, and Oprah Winfrey. In addition to directing, Rachel is a skilled cinematographer and editor.

Carla Conrad is a member of the Directors Guild of America with more than 20 years of experience directing and producing broadcast television, cable and multimedia content. She is currently a segment producer for Spectrum’s “Inside the Issues” with Alex Cohen. She is also currently a planning producer for CNN International.

Chris is a serial entrepreneur, business consultant, and finance coach.

Chelsey just recently joined our team in 2023 after retiring from her 17 year career. She brings a wide range of expertise with her from her past leadership roles in Healthcare, Food Service Management and most recently in Human Resources..

Willow is a dedicated Social Media Manager at Magnify Your Message, where she combines her passion for communication and marketing to help businesses connect with their audiences effectively.
